Cash Gifting – It’s Just Plain Wrong!

On so many levels I feel these rip off systems called:

1. 1 up cash system
2. no up cash system
3. cash gifting
4. and the old as dirt chain letter that you send $1 to every one on the list then add your name to the list.  At least everyone got stamps because you had to give something of value or something like that.

are wrong!

Today I was surprised to see a message for me asking me if I wanted to make tons of cash within 24-48.  All I had to do was call:  212-461-2787 for a brief overview and if I liked what I heard I could call:  813-671-9960 and speak with Sharron Bass (she’s the one who sent it to me) or Mark (Mark is the one giving the message at the 212 number) or send an email to:  mwbressler@aol.com

But hey did a search for the 813-671-9960 that says it’s Marks number and it comes up S. Liebert in Tampa FL not Mark or Sharron, hmmmm.

So what did I do?  I called the 212 number to see what it was (mind you I called from a number they couldn’t call me back on ) Then of course I did some Googling for more information.  Hmm, didn’t find much but others trying to sell it.  Some of the systems start at $99 and can climb to $3500 or much much more.

So am I gonna send an email or call the 813 number?  Not on your life!  I was dumb enough to do the $1 thing with postage because my ding dong cousin sent it to me eons ago and what did I get, Nada!!!!  Not even a little $1 or some postage.  Well, I wasn’t out much so no biggie.  But nowadays everyone needs that $99 or more including myself.

So what exactly is Cash Gifting?  Well from what I understand it goes something like this.

You “respond to an ad about being your own business owner or work from home”.  They then sell you on the idea of making a lot of cash right from the comfort of your own home.  And then for right to replicate this business you will send them $99, $3500 , $5000 or $7500 (yes they can get that high) CASH.  Then all you get for your money is the right to use the system and attempt to con another person out of the same money listed above.  Oh they may even give you the script and instructions, wooped de do!  But seriously, what’s the likely hood that you will get other people to send you that kind of CASH.  Pretty slim I’d say.  Maybe the elderly will fall for it more often but do you want to be ripping off an elderly person?  Or maybe the big dreamer who thinks it will be easy.  Well how do you get to talk to a zillion people (it is a numbers game you know)?  You have to advertise like the same advertisement you responded to.  Or you cold call from free or fee based lists and of course the email list you can buy also.  So out the door goes more of your money.  Can you say RIP OFF?!

So folks stay away from this gifting thing unless you just have money to blow or roll up and smoke, which might be more fun anyway.
