I actually prefer the nachos. I simply pile on everything I love on my tacos onto my nachos and dig in.... Two more tips: Always, very lightly toast the nachos or taco shells before using, even if the package is new. Makes a yummy big difference! And nachos become a fun smorgasbord. Just set all ingredients out and let everyone dig in to their liking. Also, for simplicity for you if fam still won’t eat them. Make your taco meat, eat what you want, and freeze the rest until you want them again. Then the fam can have something else :) but you can quickly whip up your tacos.
