Tip of the Day: Do you have trouble peeling eggs? Well this little tips seems to work almost 100% for me but of course you get the occasional crappy egg that won’t peel no matter what you do to it.
Immediately after boiling time is up put all eggs into very cold water, keep the water cold until ready to crack and peel. For some reason if you cool the eggs quickly and keep them wet and cold they peel great.
Not much of a rocket science tip here but seems to work like a charm for me ![]()

Well I can honestly say I have never peeled a “hot, out of the boiling water” egg

but another way is After its been boiling put it on a paper towel and just roll it carefully and then peel off the cracked pieces …

You are so right. I have done this and it works. Sometimes I leave it out too long and it’s not cool enough and drat. Shell falls apart.
